This disclaimer type thing exists for many, many journals.

I've never really thought of doing one for my journal because, well to be honest, most of the people that would know me by name weren't online. This has changed in the last few years as it seems everyone and God is online now.

So we have this disclaimer thing.

If you know me, you might want to leave now.

If you continue on and happen upon something I may have said in the heat of the moment or just upon reflection, it's on you.

Read at your own risk.

I also ask that you keep in mind that if something upsets you that I've written, I won't change it but I am sorry that you feel that way.

I censor myself about 80% of the time and on a wide range of subjects. I am not cutting anymore of myself out of the journal. Not for you, not for my Mom and not for anyone.

If you feel I've portrayed you or a situation in a bad light, go start your own journal and I'll link to it so the people that give a crap can read your side of the story.

 
I try to write honestly at all times by never showing only my "best" side. I don't write only essays, I write from the gut once in awhile and if I'm hurt or upset, that gets included too. I write for myself but for an audience.
