Tuesday Afternoon
High Today: 90degrees
Sunny and very SUMMER like

It has jumped from spring, albeit very brief, to summer.  Hot and hot the last few days. 90 degrees predicted today and       yesterday.

We have been very busy out in the yard. Unfortunately, I still haven't gotten a compost bin made OR even the trellises (trelli?) made.

We have planted just yesterday: A Goldflame Spirea, Little Princess Spirea, Red Prince Weigelia, lobelia, Mexican Heather,  Guara 'Siskiyou Pink' Perennial Cornflower, two pink calla lilies and a peach iris. All but the Wiegelia was planted in the front bed at the sidewalk. Working on filling in that space.

I haven't been updating here because of allergies and time constraints. I would go outside for a few minutes and then spend the rest of the day paying for that time out, dearly. They are finally slacking off now though so I at least feel human after being outside for awhile.

I was also busy getting those trades dug up and sent out and then found out that some never made it to the people so I am having to check with all of them to make sure they got what they were supposed to get. How aggravating.

Some of the stuff I received didn't make it. Maybe because it wasn't big enough...I don't know but I'm sort of disappointed. The bloodgrass and creeping phlox and kousa dogwoods are definitely dead.
