I've started really getting into cooking lately. Cooking, cooking. Not just Manwich and the meals my family has thrown together for years but really trying out a lot of new recipes and ideas and my god, the food that I have come to love just in the past year, the variety is spectacular!

I have never had a tuna steak before and I am just kicking myself in the butt. They are so GOOD! And if you watch for the sales at grocery stores, you can pick up two steaks for like, $6.00.

Buffalo Burgers. So much richer than cheeseburgers and not gamey or strong at all. Kevin makes the best burgers with his secret ingredients. YUM! Even Erica loves the Buffalo Burgers.

Fresh brussel sprouts: a million times better than frozen.

Tofu. I hated Tofu before, refused to eat it because I didn't like the texture but mostly it just didn't taste good to me. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the way we make it.

Marinate the Extra Firm tofu cut into cubes in a bit of Sesame oil, some Garlic Chili paste, and Mushroom Soy sauce. Zuchini and summer squash go in here too. After at least 30 minutes, stir fry it.

And that's just a few new things I've been able to add to my meal roster. SO GOOD!
