January 6, 2009 This is the wettest winter we've had in a long, long time. Good for the "drought situation" but damn. I'm tired of the cold and the wet!!! As always, spring can not get here fast enough to suit me. ..... I think I can't drink coffee anymore. I woke up this morning, early, after going to bed really early, like 9PM and warmed up a mug. As soon as I started drinking it, my stomach started tearing into knots again. Ah well. It's just as well. An expense I can scratch off the list. ..... Working on a couple web sites plus TDR stuff. I've sent out some emails to people advertising for some part time work and hopefully, I can use that to supplement my dinky income until we figure out if we're going to do the other business thing that I don't want to jinx by talking about it. But please, if I ever wanted anything before, it pales in comparison to how much I want this to work out. It would be a mental lifesaving move for me and my future. It involves diving. FINGERS and TOES crossed. ..... The people who designed some of these shopping complex's PARKING LOTS must think that Raleigh people are a lot smarter than the people in other cities because I don't think I've ever seen so many screwed up and WEIRD parking lots than in Raleigh. Crazy jack, just crazy. ..... Much later: still more rain!!!
