My Frankenstein Mix for TUS Exchange -is from the last CD you purchased 1. Mona Lisa and Mad Hatters from Coverage by Mandy Moore This song was originally sung by Elton John. I love Mandy Moore's version of it. Much richer voice. -is labeled blues or "the blues" 2. Subterranean Homesick Blues by Reckless Kelly I don't really listen to many "blues". This song is fun though and has a good foot tapping beat. Reckless Kelly has some other good stuff as well, this is not really their normal format. -gets you going in the morning 3. Got To Be A Lover by Billy Idol I love Billy Idol and this song can perk me up to sing anytime. -is romantic 4. Woman by Maroon 5 As romantic as it gets for me. -is one of the first you remember hearing 5. Sleeping Single In A Doublebed by Barbara Mandrell Thanks Mom. -you discovered from a film 6. Mad World by Gary Jules from Donnie Darko This is probably the most depressing song from the most depressing movie I have ever seen. Excellent movie but man. DEPRESSING. -is from your favorite band or artist 7. The Last Remaining Light by Audioslave Chris Cornell. That's all I should have to say. LOVE this man's voice. -is from a band or artist that you don't really like except for this song 8. Where Is The Love by Black Eyed Peas ft. Justin Timberlake I had originally intended this track to be Twilight Zone by Golden Earring but the song was just too long to fit. So I chose this one instead. -is a lullabye 9. Four Minutes by Roger Waters from Radio K.A.O.S. I can't fall asleep to music, this happens to be the only album I've ever been able to fall asleep to. So as far as I'm concerned, it's a lullabye. It's a Good-bye world lullabye too... -makes you laugh 10. Walk Like A Camel by Southern Culture on the Skids Baby! YOU! Make me wanna WALK like a CAMEL!!! This song cracks me up every time I hear it. -is a really good cover version 11. Perhaps, Perhaps, Perhaps by Cake It's all about Cake. I think the original was Doris Day? Not sure. -reminds you of school days 12. Wild Boys by Duran Duran LOVED this song and video. I want my MTV! -from an artist that you are embarrassed to admit you like 13. Fat Lip by Sum 41 Some of the lyrics are/seem a bit tasteless but man. It's so fun to sing and bounce around to! -FUNKY! 14. Shake Ya Tailfeather by Nelly and Murphy Lee Nelly is about as funky as I get. I WAS going to have to resort to Tone Loc's Funky Co Medina or whatever that song is. I refrained. -for those quiet rainy nights 15. White Flag by Dido Dido is definitely rainy nights. -no matter when you hear it, it makes you feel good 16. I'm Too Sexy by Right Said Fred Too sexy by FAR! Whoot! -with the word "Look" in the title 17. Look At Me by Geri Halliwell Not quite what I expected but it told me to put it on here. It belongs. -from a member of the Dead Rocker's Society 18. Right Turn by Alice In Chains (with Chris Cornell) Layne Staley. ROCK ON Dude. *Flicking the lighter on* -is your favorite Elvis song 19. Devil In Disguise by Elvis Presley I have been accused of being Satan by some people. -anything else that fits 20. He Mele No Lilo Mark Keali'i Ho'omalu and Kamehameha Schools Children's Chorus This song is so irrepressibly happy and goes with the Devil In Disguise because of the Lilo & Stitch movie, that I had to include it. |
